It is important for women to monitor their mood swings and changes of stress levels.

By following them up, you will be able to track your mental health.

It may be difficult for women with no previous training in psychology to recognize symptoms of anxiety or depression in themselves during pregnancy.

If you think it might be your case, seek help from someone with an MSW degree online.

They can help with figuring out your emotions and taking good care of you.

As soon as you start noticing changes in your health, start to write them down.

It is a good idea to have a designated journal for it.
