The 365 Questions For A Better You, the December Edition is a fact. Learn how you can join the fun also in 2019.
In case you’re new here, when I started to put together this 365 Questions For A Better You I had absolutely no ambitions for it.
All I wanted was a way to journal/brainstorm without writing over and over about the same topics.
However, sharing “best practices” with others is something I love to do. So, when I finished putting all the questions together, it felt natural to me to publish them to the world.
The reception blew my mind!
Journaling in 2019
This blog is the wrap of the 2018’s 365 Questions For A Better You.
But I’m not stopping it in 2019!
With that said, due to my return to the corporate world, my “free” time got immensely reduced.
I don’t have countless daily hours to administer everything on my own all over the Internet. So, after a couple of months of tests, I made a decision.
Welcome to Patreon
From January 2019 on, the daily prompts will be posted exclusively on Patreon.
I’ll not delete the ones on the Facebook group, but it’s not the place where I’ll be holding the conversations anymore.
I’ve been spreading myself way too thin the past months and it’s not smart.
To make sure it remains accessible to everyone, the 365 Questions For A Better You will be available as from Tier 1 for the symbolic pledge of 1USD per month.
The pledge is a replacement for Facebook’s introductory questions.
On my Patreon, there are other tiers that grant you more access to me, my routine and planning style.
All Tiers will include the 365 Questions For A Better You as from January 2019.
It’ll be a pleasure to see you there.

Even if you live in a country in which Thanksgiving isn’t celebrating, it’s always good to make time to relax and reflect on the blessings we receive every day.
That’s what the 365 Questions For A Better You are for.
In fact, I started creating them by this time last year.
I had found pleasure again in journaling for Personal Development.
Therefore, instead of writing about facts, events, and my perception of them, I wanted more.
But I realized it wasn’t going to be easy if I relied 100% on my daily mood.
We all have more inspired days and those when nothing seems to come out.
What if I prepared prompts beforehand to trigger the “conversation”?

The 365 Questions For A Better You, the October Edition are here. It’s time to welcome my favorite season again and some exciting changes.
For the past months, I’ve been keeping my answers to the 365 Questions For A Better You to myself.
I had a lot going on and I needed to do more than just fill up the pages of my printable.
Even “relaxing” questions like “252. Cleaning or ironing?” got my full attention. But they weren’t the only daily entries I did.
The reason for these longer journaling sessions was the movement I had initiated months ago.
New phase
Today, I kick off a new chapter in my life.
I’m back to the corporate world.
After more than 2 years working exclusively on my online business, I realized I missed being in contact with others IRL.
I didn’t enjoy being home anymore. Staying at home became stressful.
Believe me when I say that it wasn’t an easy decision, but time proved it was the right one.
To make a long story short, let me tell you that the journey was A LOT harder than I first envisioned. Only daily journaling kept me focused.
And to make the most of my sessions, I set simple but effective rules.
3 topics for daily journaling
I had a lot to write about every single day, still, I decided to limit the topics.
I wanted to stay sane and survive the rollercoaster of emotions I had to deal with on a daily basis. The last thing I needed was to create overwhelm in my routine.
Therefore, in addition to answering 365 Questions For A Better You, the 3 subjects I stick to when journaling were:
This exercise helped me go through the hardest days and when I look back now, I’m thankful for it.

Are you ready for the 365 Questions For A Better You The September Edition? Join us any time of the year for growth and accountability.
As I went through the questions of the 365 Questions For A Better You The September Edition, I realized it was already time to start planning 2019.
Yes, I do prefer to start early because I take my time.
But some things are going to change in comparison to last year.
Lessons learned
While my planning for 2018 was mindfully craft and as complete as it could be, this year was full of surprises.
And as a result, a lot of the things I had in mind had to be changed. And it’s still ongoing.
Note that none of the changes were bad.
However, repeating the same approach for 2019 wouldn’t be a smart decision.
Thanks to the daily prompts, I’ve been learning even more about myself and becoming aware of things I want to do differently going forward.
When it comes to my planning, the main shifts are:
-
Leaving more room for myself
-
Planning only one major project for the year
-
Reviewing processes efficiently
I’m still defining the steps that will help achieve these goals, but I’m looking forward to this new way of getting ready for new challenges.
