Favorite Workouts For All Fitness Levels

Some of my favorite workouts for all fitness levels. Make them as easy or as hard as you want them and have fun.

Whenever I am lucky to go to an empty gym, I like to make some vids. They are awesome to give another perspective of your forming. I have learned a lot from my mistakes thanks to them.  And for the motivational side of things, vids are awesome to show us how we progress. They are like before and after pictures. The difference is that pictures help with the looks while videos help you with your performance.

On the video below, I filmed 2 of my favorite exercises to target my problem areas : chest and hamstrings. Rowing is an exercise that I learned to love even though I am aware that I have to improve my form a lot.

Please do not bother my face. It just hurts a LOT!

It never makes sense to go to heavy or too light when doing strength training. If you lift too light, you are just wasting your time. If you go too heavy, you will risk injury in short or long-term. The exercises above can be adapted to workouts for all fitness levels.

What are your problem areas? What exercises do you do to target them?
