Welcome to Wednesday’s Wisdom Link Up # 18!
It is already my second week co-hosting Wednesday’s Wisdom and what a feeling it is to break a record on debut. It would not be possible without Jen and Sue.
It was a special week for me. I faced my fear of camera and made not only one, but 2 appearances in the past 7 days.
The first was my very first video for the Fabulous Series. I was really happy to be able to use some fitness equipment again. So I took advantage of the opportunity to share some fitness tips for beginners. I also edited the video I made when I first did box jumps. It was a awesome training and it motivates me to get to that level again.
If you want to know more about what I mean with Fabulous and Smashing series, make sure you sign up for my newsletter. I will be explaining it and other changes from Debbie in Shape in our next issue.
- tips on how to develop yourself, your blog and your brand
- information on how to achieve a healthy and fit lifestyle without added stress
- freebies and invitation to exclusive events
What you will NOT receive:
- spam or daily emails (I’m all for decluttering)
Enough about me. Let’s check the Wednesday Wisdom link party!
We are celebrating here this week! We broke records by having the most posts linked ever.
Thank you all!

Here’s what Sue had to say,
“I loved this post because it aligns with my philosophy of keeping fit. I liked the infograph and it made a good argument that we can all fit in some exercise if we really want to.”
Debbi has chosen Stephanie’s beautiful beetroot salad, I also love beets so is a winner .
Here’s what Debbie had to say,
Krissy has to be my pick this week with her Healthy Raw Banana Cheesecake
I like this recipe because it looks so good but having no added sugar, gluten & dairy free, whats stopping us!
